The sale of our home from beginning to end was nothing less than miraculous!!! Mike was highly recommended to me by two individuals who had utilized him to help them successfully purchase their homes. My wife and I had plans to rent out this house , but the Lord directed us to sell it! We struggled for over 2 years to get the house cleaned out and prepared for sale. "Mike went well beyond what i was expecting from a real estate agent. He put in so much work to make sure my house was ready to put on the market and repair issues were dealt with by closing. He researched and provided me with repairmen and vendor contacts and prices. Mike even did some minor work himself to make sure small details weren't overlooked. I interviewed several other realtors who seemed disinterested, unresponsive, and only interested in what kind of commission they could earn off of my sale. Mike made me feel like my house was his only priority."

"Mr Simms is an excellent realtor and is very knowledgeable about the housing market and true values. He pays particular attention to detail with reference to the house you maybe interest in buying. He will walk through top to bottom and point out any possible defects that you as a buyer may miss. Bottom line, I would hire him again for both sales or purchase."
